In-Network Nutrition Care

In-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna and Aetna. Nutrition is covered as preventative so most clients pay $0 copay.

Using Your Insurance for Nutrition Care

I’m in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna and Aetna. I’m working on adding more plans.

Where I see clients

Visits are by telehealth, and I see insured clients in Illinois, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Texas and Virginia.

Medicare

I’m in-network with Medicare for type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease, and a referral from your doctor is usually needed.

How to check your coverage (5 minutes)

My booking link takes you to my insurance biller, Berry Street, which will verify your coverage.

No insurance, or not in-network?

Self-pay is available at a discounted rate. HSA and FSA cards usually work too, though it’s worth checking with your plan.
