There is no shortage of diets, supplements, protocols, and advice out there—but that doesn’t mean they all work for you. My goal is to help you cut through the noise and make the most of your time, energy, and resources by creating a personalized plan that reflects your unique needs, preferences, and lived experience.
I take pride in meeting clients where they are and taking the journey with them. Together, we build strong, trusting partnerships, troubleshoot obstacles, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. As a patient myself, I know firsthand the limitations of one-size-fits-all plans, which is why I stay current with the latest research and continue expanding my clinical toolkit to offer the most effective and compassionate support possible. Therapeutic nutrition plans, nutrient-dense food strategies, personalized menus and recipes, shopping education, and simple meal prep systems.
Herbal & Functional Medicine
Custom herbal formulations, nutritional supplementation when needed, and advanced testing to assess nutrient status, food sensitivities, microbiome health, genomics, and toxin burden.
Clinical Health Coaching
Support for organizing efforts and goals, mindful and intuitive eating, lifestyle and sleep strategies, fitness guidance, stress management, and Mindfulness-Based Hypnosis.
About Me
I’ve been in practice for 7 years and consider myself a generalist—I love working with all kinds of people. That said, I have particular interest in mental health, gastrointestinal and immune issues, and metabolic health.
I am a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) through the American Nutrition Association and a Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist (LDN) in the state of Illinois. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health from the Maryland University of Integrative Health and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Indiana University.
Outside of work, I love connecting with people, being in nature, and seeing live music. A music festival that combines all three is my happy place.
