Benji provides personalized nutrition and wellness counseling through comprehensive intake and assessment, evidence-based interventions, and hands-on education. He believes in a healing partnership where the client is informed, supported, and empowered.
Benji helps clients understand their body and health as an ecosystem rather than a collection of symptoms and helps them navigate the tricky world of nutrition to find what works for them. His personal health journey has helped shape his approach using creative strategies to make healthy changes convenient and enjoyable.
Benji holds a master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Indiana University. He is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and a Licensed Dietician-Nutritionist (LDN).
In addition to disease prevention and longevity, he is also passionate about meditation and music. His goal is to create a healing network that uses sustainable practices for the health of the individual, community, and planet.

We start by discussing your individual health goals and concerns.
Then we will take a look at your routine, covering various diet and lifestyle factors, and look for opportunities for first steps that work for you.
This will look different for everyone but can include regular coaching check-ins, stress and sleep support, therapeutic diets, advanced supplement protocols, mindful eating instruction, shopping guidance, meal prep strategies, and home kitchen optimization.
If this sounds intimidating, I get it. I am a patient too, and it is not always easy to discuss these intimate details with someone.
