Benji Rasky CNS, LDN

Working With Benji
Your initial visit will look a lot like an interview: you'll discuss your unique health goals and concerns, your health history, symptom presentation, medical diagnoses, and recent lab work.
Some patients worry they are talking too much, or going off on a tangent - but that is a good thing! The goal of this intake visit is to gather as much information as possible to begin painting a complete picture of you. And everything is relevant.
You may take a look at your routine to better cover various diet and lifestyle factors. If this sounds intimidating, that is totally understandable. It is not always easy to discuss these intimate details with someone. Just remember that Benji is not here to judge or shame you for your lifestyle choices. He is here to work alongside you and help you create positive change that’s convenient, practical, and enjoyable.
